Lots of determining factors went into this haul.
I lightened my hair to a warm shade and gold actually looks okay on my skin.
- I have very little gold toned jewelry.
- It’s inexpensive.
- I love jewelry.
Anyway, I purchased some things from Shein and this is what I think.
I’m a little annoyed that I can’t get back into the orders screen to see the prices of the things I purchased. Past orders take up to 6 months to show up. Um, really?? I didn’t purchase anything over 3.00$ and a lot of the earrings were only 2.00$.
I’m kind of meh about it all. This stuff is reaaaaally cheaply made. But it’s also reaaaaaally cheap. I love the eye ball dangles, not so fond of the lead warning on the back of the card. I mean. Who needs that kind of drama in their lives?
I love the cowrie shells, I wanted a necklace to match Little’s. (Little’s came from a trip to the NC coast many years ago.) The silver hoops are cute, but not even. Probably wouldn’t notice once they’re in my ears. The rhinestone choker arrived broken, I fixed it with a pair of needle nose pliers and a jump ring. The gold chokers are missing a friend, I’m pretty sure it was a group of three…..but I can’t be sure because I can’t find it and I can’t get back into my order. I mean….
The things I purchased were okay. I tweaked a few clasps closed and straightened posts and it was all fine.
Would I order from them again?
Have you guys ordered from Shein before? Did you have any luck?
